What do three college students do in their limited free time? Well, if they’re a trio of girl-bosses, they follow their passions and accomplish something amazing at the same time! Nico Thom, Abby Posey, and Kayla Payne founded Earrings That Clay while attending the University of Louisville, hoping to “engage their peers in philanthropy efforts” and support some of their favorite non-profits and charities.

The earrings sold by Earings That Clay are made from polymer clay as well as nickel-free and hypoallergenic studs. Because their earrings are handmade, you can always find something fun and unique like holographic trapezoids and glittery stars or something more sophisticated like rose gold marble.

The women behind Earrings That Clay “believe in the power of contributing to the organizations that make our communities better.” That’s why they use the proceeds from their earrings to support organizations like RaiseRed Dance Marathon, the Sioux YMCA, Nativity Academy at St. Boniface, and The Bail Project.

We love to see our favorite female founders working hard and inspiring positive change in their communities!
